Meals at School
National School Lunch Program
NEWS Point Academy will proudly participate in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), a federally assisted meal program that provides nutritious, balanced meals to students each school day. Through the NSLP, eligible students may qualify for free or reduced-price meals based on household income and family size.
At NEWS Point Academy, we believe students learn best when their basic needs are supported. Access to healthy meals is an important part of creating an environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Additional information about meal applications, eligibility requirements, and program details will be shared with families prior to the start of the school year.
